Information: Collection, Use & Storage

Collection of Information: In order to use The Sirius Library website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by The Sirius Library is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information: Any details collected from The Sirius Library customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. The Sirius Library offers both PayPal and the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.

Delivery Policy

Physical Goods: Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of The Sirius Library. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com.

Digital Delivery: Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Upon a successfully transaction, the digital download is then immediately accessible from logging into the website, and navigating to your Account or your Personal Membership Page. Refund & Returns Policy

The Sirius Library handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Physical Goods

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Sirius Library. Please email us at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Sirius Library will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Digital Products

All purchases for digital downloads, pdf downloads, ebooks and videos made on www.thesiriuslibrary.com are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made, please contact us by email at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com to discuss a resolution. In the event that the files were corrupted during the course of transmission or they were never successfully downloaded during the allowable download quota of one year, you may send a request to customer service at: admin@thesiriuslibrary.com and upon approval, your download quota will be extended.

Restricted Access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. The Sirius Library reserves the right to restrict access to areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at The Sirius Library’s discretion. If The Sirius Library provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. The Sirius Library may disable your user ID and password in The Sirius Library’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.

User Content

In these Terms and Conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

By using our services, you agree that The Sirius Library is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold The Sirius Library liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by The Sirius Library. All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and The Sirius Library takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.

Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and The Sirius Library that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
